The final rental agreement, price, and conditions are set by the rental company.
3. No Warranty
The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including the quality, safety, or condition of any vehicle.
4. Limitation of Liability
MUV.ae is not a party to the rental agreement between you and the rental company and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from your booking, the vehicle, or your dealings with the rental company. Any claims should be directed to the relevant rental company.
